  • Traditional Hatha Yoga is a foundational style of yoga that focuses on holding poses (asanas) for several breaths. Hatha Yoga is typically a slower and more mindful practice (compared to common vinyasa flow classes) and focuses on bringing balance to the body and mind.

Hatha is the combination of “Ha” (sun) and “tha” (moon) with emphasis placed on opposite movements, such as forward bends and back bends to achieve balance in the body.

This class focuses on building strength, improving balance, enhancing alignment, promoting body/breath awareness through pranayama, and naturally reducing stress through mindfulness and relaxation.

Casey’s Hatha classes are based on her core training and traditional learning with Yogacharya Santhosh Kumar.

  • This class offers a balanced combination of Casey’s Hatha Yoga classes with gentle, slow flowing transitions between postures (asanas), whilst mindfully connecting transitional movement with breath and body awareness.

We will begin with focused deep breathing exercises before gently warming the body as we progress through standing and balancing poses. This class will finish on the mat with the support of props and restorative poses to end with total relaxation. Don’t let the name fool you, even though slower in pace your body and your mind will feel the benefits.

One of Casey’s most popular classes, based on her original classes called ‘Hatha Core & Restore’ in her former studio.

  • Slow down and relax in this meditative style of yoga that counter-balances today’s busy yang lifestyles.

This class focuses on seated, prone (laying on front), and supine (laying on back) poses that are supported with props and held for a few minutes at a time while focusing on breath. A truly nourishing practice that targets deep connective tissues. Allow your body to surrender in stillness.

Casey was introduced to Yin Yoga over a decade ago and taught by her teacher and mentor Andrea Kwiatkowski‍ - ‍Andrea is a Level 2 trained yin teacher under the guidance of Sarah Powers since 2004. Additionally, Casey is undertaking further Yin Yoga training with the Australian Yoga Academy to deepen her experience and development in this much-needed and hugely popular style of yoga in today’s yang-addicted world.

  • Are you new to yoga or has it been a little while since you have practiced on your mat in a group class?

Join our ‘Beginners & Returners’ yoga class to help you ease into your practice with confidence as we focus on key poses, safe alignment and transitions, anatomical benefits in addition to connecting your breath with your movement.

Classes typically begin with grounding breathing exercises as we move through standing, seated, prone (laying on front) and supine (laying on back) poses, ending with intentional breathing and relaxation.

This class is not just for beginners, but perfect for anyone wanting a bit more instruction and detail.

  • Playing sports can be physically demanding, especially as we age.

Sport-specific yoga focuses on enhancing athletic performance, with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, mobility, and recovery.

Most recently Casey led her Women’s Baseball Team through yoga sequences before games and training sessions to help reduce the likelihood of injury, improve focus, regulate breathing, and to build strength, balance and flexibility.

Sport-specific classes can be created for your club or organisation as required.
Some examples include: Yoga for Baseball, Yoga for Runners, Yoga for Cyclists, and Yoga for Golfers.

Get in touch to let us know how we can help your club or organisation.

Sound healing, or a sound bath, is a therapeutic practice that uses special instruments, such as crystal bowls, to create vibrational sound energy that can promote deep relaxation and help reduce stress.

It is an other-worldly meditation experience that involves laying down and cocooning yourself in comfort while a range of crystal bowls are played in harmony. The vibrations created during these sessions can truly be felt and are absolutely out of this world!

Casey completed level 2 certification with Rainbow Sounds and is qualified to lead immersive sound experiences.

Q: What’s unique about Rainbow Sounds bowls compared to others?

A: They’re designed and made in Australia for starters, with High Purity Quartz sourced from quartz sand deposits that are made by nature every year (i.e. not mined).

These bowls are made in a kiln by humans and finished by hand (not mass produced) and tuned from 432hz scale, which means the sound is more harmonious to our ears and thus into the cells in our body.

Core Values

Friendly & Approachable

Walking into a new yoga class for the first time can be daunting and sometimes intimidating. We welcome you to show up exactly as you are and let us know if you have any concerns, questions, or if there’s anything we can do to help make your time on the mat more enjoyable. We are here for you x

Community Connection

Our connections with our communities are vital and we believe that a shared yoga practice is something truly special. It’s such an easy way to connect with like-minded people. In today’s hustle culture we don’t often slow down enough. This is your opportunity to get to know your tribe! Join us for class and stay for a chai and chat afterwards if you wish.

Accessible & Inclusive

Yoga should be something easily accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case as I can attest from personal experience. Come as you are. Enjoy your practice in an inclusive and friendly environment and always always let us know how we can do better.

Purpose-driven

We show up for you and always aim to provide a yoga experience that leaves you feeling better than when you arrived. Part of this is working with sustainable, ethical, and local suppliers for our yoga mats, props, and equipment to ensure you get to practice in a non-toxic environment that simply makes you feel better. You can trust that we will never order our yoga equipment from mass-produced, cheap, or unethical businesses.
