A sound bath, also known as a sound meditation or sound healing, is a therapeutic practice that uses special instruments, such as crystal bowls, to create vibrational sound energy that can promote deep relaxation and help reduce stress.
It is an other-worldly meditation experience that involves laying down and cocooning yourself in comfort while a range of crystal bowls are played in harmony. The vibrations created during these sessions can truly be felt and are absolutely out of this world!

The session is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, nourished, and uplifted. Most people report positive feelings and feelings of calmness. It is possible you may also experience a range of other feelings, depending on your own personal circumstances.
It is important to acknowledge sound and vibrations affect everyone differently and some people are more sensitive to these experiences than others.
There may be times that the sound can seem either soft or strong to you, and your location in the room as well as the specific venue acoustics could affect how this may feel for you.
You always have agency and control over what makes you feel most comfortable at these events as sound affects people differently. This includes choosing which direction to place your head (either away from the sound bowls or towards them), ensuring you have the right support + props, moving or adjusting your position at any time during the meditation, or anything else you need to be comfortable. This is your experience, and it is important that you feel comfortable and empowered to make it work for you however you would like.
Every session will interact with your body's unique biology differently. If there's ever anything you would like to discuss, if you have questions, or any concerns, please let me know so we can talk. I'm here to help make this a special experience for you.

ALWAYS consult your doctor if you have any concerns or medical conditions before attending a sound therapy session. Sound affects everyone differently and some people are more sensitive to sound than others and your doctor or health professional can help guide you if you are unsure.

When you are laying down in relaxation and entering a state of deep rest, the body tends to feel a little cooler due to various physiological reasons and therefore it helps to dress in layers and bring your own items for added warmth and comfort.
You can add or remove your own blankets as needed during the practice and you may even wish to place a blanket or towel over your mat or bolster.
Most people feel more relaxed and comfortable with their own familiar blankets and cushions. Not to mention, it is more hygienic and enjoyable. Each person will also have different preferences and requirements so it is generally best to bring along as much as you would like to have on the day to help you feel fully relaxed and supported.

Crystal singing bowls are made from quartz crystal – crushed and heated at very high temperatures in a mold to then become a singing bowl. The outcome is the incredible powers of crystal and sound united in one tool.
Not only are crystal singing bowls beautiful to look at and listen to, but they are used in many different applications for sound healing and meditation.
Rainbow Sounds bowls are designed and made in Australia with High Purity Quartz (HPQ) sourced from quartz sand deposits that are made by nature every year (i.e. not mined).
Ultra High Purity Quartz = Longer & Louder Sound Resonance, compared with other bowls which may be made of a lesser purity grade of quartz.
Rainbow Sounds bowls are made in a kiln by humans and finished by hand (not mass produced) and tuned from 432hz scale (at the A note), which means the sound is more harmonious to our ears and thus into the cells in our body.
